Services described

Pages describing engagements, rates, and processes are informational. They do not constitute an offer to enter an audit engagement until Mind Index Path issues a written proposal and both parties sign it.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and branding belong to Mind Index Path unless otherwise credited. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written permission. You may share links to public pages.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit unlawful content. Estimate requests should contain accurate contact details and a good-faith description of your reconciliation needs.

No professional advice via website alone

Content on this site is general information about reconciliation audit practice. It is not a substitute for a signed engagement letter, and it does not create an auditor–client relationship by itself.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
