Outcomes Reporting Review

A structured audit of how your current reports show learning outcomes — what boards can answer today, and what they cannot.

Purpose

Before commissioning new views, many teams need a clear verdict on the reports they already circulate. This review documents which questions about learning outcomes your current packs can answer, where mappings break, and which charts or tables create false confidence.

Deliverable

A written findings brief (usually eight to twelve pages) plus a ninety-minute debrief with your nominated leads. We annotate sample pages from your last two term packs and propose a short priority list — not a catalogue of every possible chart.

Exclusions

We do not redesign templates in this engagement. If you want new views built afterward, that is a separate Learning Outcomes Dashboard commission.
