Who this is for

Programme leads and quality offices that already collect assessment marks and outcome statements, but struggle to show a coherent picture at review meetings. If your board still receives dense spreadsheets with no clear path from outcome to evidence, this engagement is the fit.

What you receive

  • A defined set of dashboard views (typically four to seven) covering outcome attainment by cohort, by assessment family, and by teaching unit where data allows.
  • A short reading guide for chairs and secretaries who present the pack.
  • Two walkthrough sessions: one with data owners, one with the audience who will use the views in meetings.
  • Source notes describing filters, exclusions, and known gaps so the views stay honest after handover.

What is not included

We do not migrate your student records system, build a multi-tenant product, or provide ongoing hosting of live student data. Extracts remain under your control. Ongoing refresh of the views can be arranged separately as a retainer after the first term cycle.

  2. Data orientation — review sample extracts, coding of outcomes, and assessment calendars.
  3. Draft views — iterate on layout and wording with your nominated contacts.
  4. Walkthrough and handover — train presenters; leave annotated notes for next term.

Preparation on your side

Have current learning outcome statements, a recent term of assessment results (anonymised where required), and a named owner for questions about coding. If outcome-to-assessment mapping is incomplete, we will surface that early — sometimes the review itself is the main deliverable before visual design begins.
