Refund Policy
Refund, cancellation, and rescheduling terms for Mind Index Path professional engagements.
Scope
This policy applies to professional engagements with Mind Index Path — including financial audit of reconciliation management applications, close readiness reviews, and control walkthroughs. The website itself does not sell products or run checkout.
Deposit
A 30% deposit confirms your fieldwork window. Deposits are credited against the final invoice.
Full refund eligibility
You may receive a full refund of the deposit if you cancel in writing more than 14 days before the agreed fieldwork start date and no preparatory work has begun beyond initial scheduling.
Partial refund
If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before fieldwork start, we retain up to 50% of the deposit to cover reserved auditor time. If scoping analysis or request-list preparation has already started, fees for hours completed are deducted before any refund.
Non-refundable items
- Fees for fieldwork days already delivered
- Travel costs already incurred with your prior approval
- Fixed readiness review fees once the briefing document has been issued
Work already started
Once sampling or interviews begin, completed portions are billed. Unused future days may be cancelled with a partial credit if we can reassign the team; otherwise the remaining deposit may be retained.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once without charge if you give at least 7 days’ notice and a new window within 60 days is agreed. Later or repeated moves may require a new deposit.
No-shows
If key client contacts are unavailable for scheduled interview blocks without notice, that day may be charged as delivered.
Refund process and timing
Email info@mindindexpath.digital with your engagement reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible.
