Fees depend on entity count, number of reconciliation applications in scope, and whether fieldwork is on-site. The figures below are starting guidance in Thai baht; every engagement receives a written quote before work begins. Pricing is informational only — there is no online checkout.
Reconciliation Application Audit
From THB 180,000 for a single-entity engagement with a defined set of bank and subledger reconciliations. Multi-entity and intercompany-heavy scopes are quoted after the mapping call.
Close Readiness Review
From THB 45,000 fixed fee for one close cycle when the checklist and owners are already documented. Rush requests inside two weeks of close may include a timing surcharge.
Reconciliation Control Walkthrough
THB 18,000 per fieldwork day, or a fixed package once the number of controls is agreed. Typical packages cover three to six key reconciliations.
What changes the fee
- Number of legal entities and currencies
- Volume of aged exceptions to inspect
- Need for on-site presence outside Chiang Mai
- Translation or bilingual meeting support
- Compressed timelines around statutory filing dates
Deposits and billing
A 30% deposit confirms the fieldwork window. The balance is invoiced on delivery of the draft report or readiness briefing. Travel outside Chiang Mai is billed at cost with prior approval.
