Why this practice exists
Month-end pressure often hides weak reconciliation habits: aging exceptions, borrowed sign-offs, and bridge files that outlive a ledger migration. Mind Index Path was formed in Chiang Mai to give finance leaders a calm, independent examination of those habits — focused specifically on reconciliation management applications rather than the entire statutory audit.
Origin
The practice began after years of supporting Thai and regional groups through close season, when the same questions returned: Which ties truly prove the balance? Who owns the uncleared items? What happens when the matching rule changes? We chose a narrow craft so reports stay concrete.
Working approach
We prefer evidence on the table. Fieldwork mixes document review with short interviews of preparers and reviewers. Findings name the reconciliation application, the balance group, and the practical consequence for the next close. We avoid vague maturity scores.
People

Our office at Level 10, 58 Chang Klan Road, Chiang Mai 50100 anchors client meetings in the north while fieldwork travels as needed. We work in English for reporting and can accommodate bilingual interviews when the reconciliation team prefers Thai discussion with English deliverables.
